Heading to Houston

Robotics qualified on April 10th at the Silicon Valley Regional at the San Jose State Event Center to attend the Championship event in Houston.

We were the alliance captain on the finalist alliance and earned a wildcard slot to the championship. After a flurry of activity getting plane tickets and making necessary arrangements to travel, the team is excited to show off our robot this year.

The Silicon Valley Regional was great and the final matches were very exciting. You can see a video of the last final match here. Our robot is the one with the blue bumpers starting in the center position at the bottom of the screen. You can see our team number, 971, on the bumper.

We will be competing in Houston in the Turing Division against teams from around the world.
